Important Information for Publisher Applicants

Herbalo.com is an industry leader in fighting fraudulent internet activity. We've built a comprehensive internal fraud detection system that is constantly upgraded to combat the latest threats. Publisher compliance with our terms and conditions is followed to the letter of the law. We have no tolerance for fraudulent activity within the Herbalo.com publisher program.

Application Review Process

A panel of internet security specialists review every application we receive to ensure we only allow top producing, legitimate publishers into the publisher program. Please be certain you enter accurate information on your application. Incorrect or incomplete information is the most common cause of denial. Applicants that fail to include a valid phone number will be instantly denied. Approval typically takes 3-5 business days. Applications that are incomplete or inaccurate will be delayed. Please read the application instructions thoroughly and carefully.

Publisher Qualifications

We're looking for established publishers that understand the nature of internet marketing. A few qualifications that applicants should fully understand are listed below:

• Email campaigns must abide by the CANSPAM Act of 2003.

• Websites must be professionally designed and 100% functional and written in English.

• Applicant must be 18 years of age.

• Herbalo.com does not accept incentivized traffic of any kind.

• Sites that promote any of the following are not accepted:

  • Adult content

  • Warez or hack sites

  • Paid to surf programs

  • Free offer sites

• Sites under construction are not accepted under any circumstances.

Failure to abide by Terms and Conditions

Publishers that are found to be in violation of the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement will not be paid and your account will be blacklisted immediately. Please read and understand the terms and conditions before you submit your application.

International Publishers

We are only accepting publisher applications from applicants that reside in the United States of America.

High Volume Publishers

If you are a high volume publisher that can drive large amounts of traffic we would like to speak with you. Please email support@herbalo.com with your contact information. We will get back to you quickly to discuss and map out a comprehensive marketing plan.
